How much does it cost?

We have a range of packages to suit, from Pay As You Go, Monthly and Annual Memberships as well as a 1 week and 6 week trial package. To view these you will need to become a member. See “How do I become a member”. You will receive a free credit to book a free session with us so that you can try us out before you buy.


How do I become a member?

To become a member you need to create a fitMK account. Click on the "Claim Free Session" button. Complete the registration form and then click on the "Register" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), once complete you will need to confirm you have read our Ts and Cs by ticking the box. Click on the button below the tick box and then your account will be activated.

You will see on your Dashboard Page that you have 1 free credit. You can use this to book any session on our timetable that you would like to try out.


How long do I need to commit for?

You are not tied into a contract and can cancel your membership at anytime giving a minimum of 30 days notice prior to your next payment, unless you choose the Annual Membership whereby you are tied in for a period of 12 months. Payment for the Annual Membership is paid up front (this is a non-refundable package).

To Upgrade or Downgrade your fitMK Membership please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your fitMK account
  2. From the drop down menu on the left click on “Profile” button
  3. Next, click on “Package”
  4. Then click on the orange “change” button
  5. From the list of packages available, click on the “Buy” button
  6. Once completed you will see a prompt asking if you are sure that you wish to continue to choose this package. Click “ok” if you are and “cancel” if you wish to cancel your request
  7. Once complete, your new payment will be taken from your next payment day.

To Cancel your fitMK Membership follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your fitMK account
  2. Once you are logged in to your account, click on the Profile button
  3. Next, click on the Package button
  4. Click on the red “cancel” button. A message will then appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel. Click on the red “cancel my subscription button”. If you do not wish to cancel then click on “Close”
  5. If you decide not to cancel then click on the "I’ve changed my mind button". You will then be redirected to your fitMK Account Dashboard Page
  6. You will then see a notification of when your package will be cancelled

Where do you meet for the Willen Lake sessions?

Our meeting point for all Willen Lake sessions is at the fitMK Meeting Point sign at the bottom of the south lake car park. When you enter the car park just follow the road around as far as you can go. From here you will see the lake and to the right a grassed area. The meeting point sign is by the bench. Where do you meet for the Campbell Park sessions?

The meeting point for these sessions is outside the Cricket Pavilion which is on the Silbury Blvd at the end of Campbell Park. The full address is:

Where do you meet for the Newport Pagnell class?

One of our Core and Session classes takes place at Ousedale School. The class is held in the school gymnasium. As you enter the school you will see an assembly hall directly behind Reception. The gymnasium is directly behind the assembly hall. As you enter the School, park to the left and then walk through the open courtyard where there are benches. You will see the gym at the back of the school to the right as you are walking up through the courtyard. The full address is:

Where do you meet for the Broughton Pavilion Sessions?

The sessions at the Pavilion are held in Hall 1. The Broughton Pavilion Address is:

Where do you meet for the Brooklands Farm Sessions?

The venue at Brooklands Farm is the Inspired Gourmet which is located at Brooklands Farm on the Newport Road (the A5130) between Broughton Manor Prep School and the Coach Station. The turning into Brooklands Farm is opposite The Broughton Local sign. The entrance has black wrought iron gates which if closed will open automatically once you pull up to them. Once through the gates, bear right and follow the gravel road down to the bottom and round the left hand bend. You will see signs for the Inspired Gourmet.

PLEASE NOTE: If using Satellite Navigation please make sure you choose the option –Newport Road A5130. Due to incorrect area codes that are unfortunately out of our control, some satellite navigation systems place us in Newport Pagnell!


What time do I need to arrive?

You need to arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before the start of the class as we do leave the meeting point promptly.

What clothing do I need to wear?

Outdoor running shoes are required which will give you adequate support to avoid injury. Fashion trainers are not recommended, as these do not give your feet or ankles the supported needed. For outdoor sessions any gym clothing that you don’t mind getting wet, muddy or grass stained. You may also wish to wear a thin layer of gloves to protect your hands from the grass/concrete. In the winter it is advisable to wear hat and gloves and a few more layers and/or waterproof top, you can always take layers off if you get too warm. We recommend for our running classes that you wear a headlamp or some sort of reflective article. We also advise that you bring with you a bottle of water.

It can also be a bit muddy at times so you may wish to put a liner or towel on your car seat for your drive home to protect your seat.

For our indoor Core and Flex sessions any gym gear and trainers are ok or whatever you are comfortable in. We also advise that you bring with you a bottle of water, a towel and a mat.

Do you train in the dark?

We have flood lit equipment for some of our more static classes otherwise we use the lit areas of the lake. We recommend for our running classes that you wear a headlamp or some sort of reflective article


Do you train in all weather conditions?

Yes we do, come rain, sleet, snow or heat waves! We do not cancel sessions due to weather conditions.

Do you have a shutdown period?

Yes, we shut down for the Christmas and New Year period, dates vary year on year and are published nearer the time.

Is their an age restriction?

You must be age 16 or over.

Do I need to be fit to attend your classes and workshops?

We cater for all fitness levels. The red bib is for beginners, the white bib is for intermediate and the blue bib is for advance. On opening your fitMK account you will complete an electronic PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) prior to attending a session to confirm that you have no medical conditions. If you have a medical condition we may ask that you have your GPs permission to exercise.

Where can I leave my personal possessions?

We can only accept car keys which you can give to the Drill Instructor before the session commences, however this it at your own risk and the Instructor will not be responsible for any loss or damage. However, due to the nature of our running sessions keys cannot be carried by the Drill Instructor and we ask that you hold on to your keys.

If I'm injured and can't attend my sessions do I still have to pay?

This will only affect you if you are on one of the Monthly Direct Debit packages. If you are injured we can freeze your account for a maximum of 2 months to allow you time to recover. Your account will be automatically reinstated after the freeze period. During the freeze period you will be unable to attend any sessions unless you contact us to inform us that you have recovered before the 2 month freeze period expires.

Please note there is a £5 administration fee per frozen month.

If you have paid for an Annual Membership, this is a non-refundable package and therefore part-refunds due to injury cannot be made.

Do I get a discount if I introduce friends to fitMK?

From time to time we do advertise special offers on our website shop.

What type of Sessions do you run?

For all of our sessions, please refer to our timetable on our website or on your fitMK account dashboard. Further information on each session can be found on our website.


What days and times do you run your sessions?

What is the duration of sessions?

A majority of our sessions are 60 minutes in length. Those classes which are 45 minutes long are shown on our timetable which can be found on the home page of our website.


How do I book a session to guarantee my place?

To book the sessions of your choice you just click on the "book" button against the session you wish to attend on the Calendar (when logged in to your fitMK account).


How do I cancel a session if I am unable to attend?

You can cancel a booking as long as it's at least 7 hours before the session commences otherwise you will lose the booking/credit. To cancel a booking log onto your account via the fitMK website, go to the session that you booked on the calendar and click on the cancel button which shows alongside the session that you have booked.
